Decisions
Decision Processes
Decision processes are default set to private. During the creation of the decision process you can invite collaborators. You can also invite collaborators after a decision has been created.

You can make a decision process visible for the entire organization while the decision is in the works, or after it has been decided.

Decision notifications
Once a decision process has been completed, and a decision is made, you will have the option to publish the decision to the organization. If you do not publish the decision, only the collaborators will be able to view the decision. If you do publish to the organization, anyone who has subscribed to decision processes notifications will receive an email of the decision.

Meetings
Meeting access defaults to the attendees on the meeting invitation. Meetings can be shared with individual people, or can be shared organization-wide in the Sharing settings

If you are shared a link to a meeting you do not have access to, you can request access to the meeting. Users with access to the meeting will receive a notification of the access request and can approve.
Discussions and Goals
Discussions and Goals are visible by the entire organization. Discussions and Goals cannot be set to private.
Search
All searches are default to private to you. You can create a shareable link to a search to share with your organization. First make the search public to the organization, then copy the link. Anyone with the link will be able to see the search results.

Search is user-specific. Users can only see results for meetings, decisions, and context that they have access to, or are public to the organization.
Settings
You can subscribe to new content in your settings. This will subscribe you to any net new discussions or goals created.
