Assign

The owner of an email thread can assign the thread to another team member. This allows you to delegate work across your team while maintaining context of the original ask.

The team member assigned will see the thread in their own inbox view. They can see the previous messages and comments within the thread.

The original owner can archive the thread in their own inbox, while the assignee will still have the thread visible in their inbox. This allows for delegated work without distraction.

Share and discuss

Within an email thread, all shared team members can collaborate on the thread. Live presence shows who is looking at the thread at the same time. The collaborators can comment and get context together in the thread.

Shared Drafts

Within a shared email thread, all team members who are shared can collaborate live on the draft. Edits can be made simultanously.

Please note, only the original recipient of the email can send a response.
