Inbox

The default view in Convictional is your inbox. Here you will see all emails that you receive directly, as well as any email threads that have been assigned to you or shared with you.

Assigned to me

In Convictional you are able to delegate emails by assigning them to other team members. You can see all threads that have been assigned to you in one centralized view. This will help you prioritze and action threads that get the organization towards its goals.

Other views

Archived

A key way to keep your inbox organized is through archiving. You can find all archived emails and threads in your Archived folder.

Snoozed

You can snooze messages for a period of time to remind you to action the thread at a later date. You can see all snoozed messages in this folder.

Drafts

You can see all draft messages you have created in the drafts folder. This includes collaborative drafts that you have worked on with your team.

Sent

View all emails you have sent in this view.
