Threads Setup

Convictional's threads allow you to search and analyze information across your organization's content. To get the most out of threads, you'll need to configure your integrations and data sources properly.

Enabling Integrations for Threads

Threads can search across multiple data sources, but these integrations need to be set up by administrators first. Available integrations include:

• GitHub - Search issues, comments, discussions, and pull requests
• Slack - Search conversations and messages
• Google Drive - Access documents and files
• Microsoft OneDrive - Search cloud-stored documents
• HubSpot - Query customer relationship data
