Decisions

Decisions can be recorded across Convictional. A decision marks a specific message or comment as what was decided, while also maintaining the context surrounding the decision. You can mark decisions in Chat, Posts, Documents, and email threads in your Inbox.

Marking a decision

Hover over a message or comment and click Decide to mark it. It's replaced with a green Decision pill showing who decided and when.

Finding decisions

Decisions are visible from the Inbox, and across resources. Decisions can also be surfaced and referenced in Research. On posts and chats, decisions are hyperlinked to the original conversation in which they are made.

Undoing a decision

Click the pill again to clear it. Only the person who made the decision, or an org admin, can undo it.
