Claude Skills ​

Skills are reusable workflows that teach Claude how to carry out specific tasks against your Convictional data, such as reviewing goals or summarizing meeting follow-ups. We ship them in the Convictional plugin, which works in both Claude Code and Claude Desktop.

Installing the plugin does two things at once:

  • Connects the Convictional MCP server (Google OAuth), so Claude can read your goals, meetings, posts, and tasks.
  • Installs the Convictional skills.

Install the plugin ​

Claude Code ​

/plugin marketplace add convictional/agent-plugins
/plugin install convictional@convictional

Then run /mcp to authenticate with Google.

Claude Desktop ​

In the Claude Desktop Code tab, install from the prompt box the same way as in Claude Code:

/plugin install convictional@convictional

Or click the + button next to the prompt box and choose Plugins > Add plugin to install from the plugin browser. Authenticate with Google (run /mcp) when prompted.

Claude Desktop for teams (Team and Enterprise) ​

Organizations on Team and Enterprise plans can roll the plugin out centrally through managed settings. Centrally managed plugins then appear in members' Desktop sessions automatically, the same way they do in the CLI.

Verify ​

Ask Claude "List my open goals in Convictional" or "Who am I in Convictional?". A successful response confirms the plugin and MCP connection are working.

Available Skills ​

Decision lookup ​

Recovers what your team decided about a topic: the decision, who made the call, when, and the reasoning behind it. Ask things like "What did we decide about pricing?" or "Why did we choose that vendor?".

Goal status ​

Gives you a read on how a goal is tracking: its status, trajectory, owner, and how recently it was updated, for a single goal or across all of them. Ask things like "How are we tracking on the Q3 revenue goal?" or "Which goals are at risk?".
