Decisions Setup

To get started with decisions, you'll need to create a decision workspace. This is where you'll make decisions and track them. You can also record the outcome of decisions made outside of Convictional.

Setup Steps

  1. You can create a decision workspace by clicking the New Decision button here.

  2. To create a decision workspace, you'll need to describe the decision you're considering. Feel free to speak freely like you would to a colleague in a meeting.

  3. Next, you'll need to establish the goal of that specific decision workspace. You'll be able to link to a goal you've already created, or create a new one specifically for this decision.

  4. We will pull relevant context from previous decisions into the workspace. This can be used to make use of previous decisions as context for the current decision.

  5. We will then recommend three questions that can be answered to add context to the decision.

  6. Finally, we will ask you to confirm what other users should be invited to the decision workspace.
